Quiasar is back as the Guardian leader.

Mischief
Mischief served with the Misfits as well as the Guardians. The original died after disobeying orders and attacking a small army of robots. The current Mischief is the clone of the original. The new incarnation has slowly improved in intelligence and perhaps wisdom to become a valued member of the team.

Kubera
Jay first appeared in Enemy of my Enemy. The cyborg Jay used an experimental battlesuit named USA Defender to fight with the Guardians, but left after most of his friends died once and/or turned evil. As Kubera, Jay returned when Kodiak asked for his help.

Compass joined the team after getting a vision from the Primordials. He continues to serve while attending college in the United States.
Phase
Battletron appeared from a temporal portal, built by a future Kubera. Speculation continues on what this Future Kubera was thinking at the time.
Scion is a powerful shapechanger built by an alien race. His shapechanging abilities were intended for evil, but the Guardians freed him before the programming take place... in theory.
Oz is a citizen from the miniaturized city. Though working with the Guardians, he is not yet joined as a member.
